You must be 18+ or have parental consent to shop. All purchases are for personal/educational use only.

2. SUFS Eligibility
All items marked “SUFS Eligible” are intended for Step Up For Students reimbursement. We are not responsible for final approval by SUFS — keep your receipt and follow their guidelines.

3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We accept all major cards via Shopify Payments. Florida sales tax is added automatically.

4. Order Fulfillment
We dropship from trusted US suppliers (2–5 day shipping). Tracking is provided once shipped. We are not liable for carrier delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Accuracy of Information
We do our best to keep product details accurate, but colors/sizes may vary slightly from photos.

7. Intellectual Property
All content (photos, text, logo) is property of Indigo Farm School Supply.

We are not liable for misuse of products or injuries. Use equine and farm equipment responsibly and under adult supervision.
