Returns & Refunds

At Indigo Farm School Supply, we want you to be 100% happy with your homeschool and riding supplies.

14-Day Return Window  
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Eligible Items  
• All saddles, halters, grooming kits, buckets, and outdoor gear  
• Must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

Non-Returnable Items  
• Custom-ordered or personalized items  
• Feed, supplements, or perishable goods  
• Items marked “final sale”

How to Return  
1. Email us at support@indigofarmschoolsupply.com with your order number and reason for return  
2. We’ll reply within 48 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (when applicable)  
3. Pack the item securely and drop off at your local UPS/FedEx  

Refunds  
Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-10 business days.  
The refund will appear on your original payment method (or as store credit if you prefer).

SUFS Reimbursement  
Returns do not affect your ability to submit receipts to Step Up For Students for reimbursement — simply keep your original receipt.
